Miguel Guerrero

Before returning to graduate school in the fall of 2009 to complete his MBA, Miguel Guerrero spent seven years with the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) in various roles, most recently as Director of Marketing and Communications. In addition to deep expertise on North American organic standards, Guerrero represented the organization's attendance at over 25 events per year, often speaking or presenting on the use of materials in Organic Food production or processing.

Guerrero joined the Board of Directors of Oregon Tilth in January 2008 and has served as the organization's first chair of the Audit Committee, twice served on the OTCO Management Review Committee, and is currently the Vice President of the Board. Guerrero resides in Vancouver, B.C., where he bikes to his job as an internal consultant specializing in employee learning and development at a major business software company.
