Shelby Zadow is the strategic vision behind BioAg, an independent soil amendment company based in Independence, OR. She began in 2008, when the company was just a year old, and has helped it grow into a profitable and expanding business. Prior to that Shelby served for three years as Marketing Lead for Willamette Valley Vineyards where she was instrumental in implementing their sustainability programs; including having their Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir certified organic, switching company vehicles to biofuels, and helping them become the first winery in the world to adopt sustainable FSC certified cork and a cork recycling program. |
