Operating a Farm Bill Helpline where producers can call in and receive assistance in accessing new conservation programs like the EQIP organic initiative. Producers can call (402) 687-2100 and ask for the Farm Bill Helpline.

The 2009 Organic Initiative will be administered by the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
