Standards and Regulatons

Oregon Tilth is the most respected name in organic certification. Oregon Tilth Certified Organic provides a full range of organic certification services both nationally and internationally and is recognized for our high level of customer service and the integrity behind our seal.  Over the years we have continued to add to the list of standards to which we certify.  If you are interested in certification to standards you do not see below please contact us.

	Standard
	USDA National Organic Program	Since 2002 OTCO has been certifying to the USDA National Organic Program NOP.  We have extensive experience working with the US National Organic Standards.
	ACB EU Equivalency Standard	OTCO offers a proactive service to review crop and handling operations for compliance with European Union (EU) organic standards.
	Canada Organic Products Regulation	OTCO offers certification to the Canada Organic Regulation.  Final standards were implemented June 30, 2009.
	Japan Export Compliance	OTCO is approved to offer verification of finished products or ingredients to be shipped to Japan under the USDA MAFF Japan Export Agreement.
	Global Organic Textile Standards	The OTCO fiber program certifies to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which is dedicated specifically for Fiber & Textile Handling and production.
	Salmon Safe	Oregon Tilth provides inspections for Salmon-Safe certification to organic farmers that further protect water quality and biodiversity.
	Korea Organic Certification and Labeling	Oregon Tilth is working to inform our clients about the Korea Organic Certification and Labeling Regulations that will be in full force in 2010
