Join us in this hands on class as we harvest our way through Tilth’s organic demonstration garden. Learn the correct techniques to help your produce stay fresher and your plants stronger and healthier. Most people harvest their produce incorrectly, which can affect the health and longevity of both their produce and plants. Learn some tricks of the trade from Tilth’s organic gardeners and learn to harvest the right way. We’ll walk and harvest our way through the demonstration garden focusing on specific techniques with some tips on storage and even how to cook them. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this opportunity. Bring a bag to take home some fresh, organic perfection and taste the difference.
