It’s time to get dirty and cook up a storm! Learn to plant and harvest a variety of crops, then pair up with an experienced chef to gather provisions to prepare your unique dish together. Chefs Pascal Chureau of Allium Bistro, Paul Klitsie of Fratelli and Serge Selbe of The Benson share their favorite seasonal recipes and inspire you to savor the season.
Linger in the morning sunshine over coffee and pastries with expert gardeners, dig in the dirt with the chefs, cook up your harvest over a rustic BBQ, then relish your creations, replete with good wine, conversation, and laughter at the Tilth Table. Leave with a little grit, a warm heart, recipes, seeds, and a special ingredient from the garden.
