Oregon Tilth's Organic Education Center, offers classes, trainings, garden tours, and volunteer opportunities to students of all ages in the Portland area. Through this program Oregon Tilth educates people on the importance of organic and sustainable gardening and farming systems through hands on land based education.
The Organic Eduction Center addresses local issues of food security and distribution by donating much of the produce that is cultivated in our learning gardens to area food banks. We also collaborate with schools and other organizations to help provide tools and empower others to develop programs that promote biologically sound agriculture.
