OEC Suggested Reading List
A list of our favorite (aka: dirtiest) garden books and references.  These resources provide very accessible "how-to" information for gardeners of all levels.
Vegetable Fact Sheets
We use these sheets as individual bed signs in the demonstration garden. Each sign provides crop-specific information and instructions, including planting, growing, and harvesting tips. 
Planting and Harvest Calendar A tool for gauging your planting and harvesting times, for most vegetables, throughout the season
Crop Rotation Worksheet
A template to plan and record crop rotations through garden beds, over time. This form helps to enable efficient, disease and pest reducing crop-rotation practices.
Garden Planning Worksheet
A sheet to help plan and organize planting, location, and the amount of space needed. Excel sheet, given bed ft, number of rows within bed, and in-row spacing of plants, will automatically calculate number of plants needed
Planting Record
A record for seeding and transplanting of specific varieties - dates, quantity, location, etc.
Harvest Record
A place to record performance and quantity of specific varieties at harvest time
Donation/Harvest Record
Space to list crops harvested on each date, as well as total weight of harvest, harvest notes, and indication of donation/destination.
Garden Journal
For each day in the garden, provides space for general notes and observations, to-do lists, and long-term plans.
