Developed by the Edible Corvallis Initiative in cooperation with Oregon Tilth and OSU Extension, our new Complete OrganicGardening Course teaches you what you need to know to grow your own food. Hands-on learning practicums (Saturdays 9a.m-1p.m) and evening discussion sections (Wednesdays 5:30-7:30pm) cover building healthy soil, garden design and preparation, plant propagation, home-scale vegetable and fruit production, integrated pest management and more!
