Join us for a Peer Learning Session on Wednesday, June 25 at the Laurelwood Golf Course in Eugene, OR. 

This free peer-to-peer learning session for landscape professionals is a great opportunity to discover organic land care techniques and participate in discussion led by Laurelwood Golf Course Superintendent, William Benson. 


Topics of Discussion:

  • using organic fertilizer to maintain the courses greens and fairways

  • first year successes and failures of brewing compost teas

  • reducing herbicide usage

  • land restoration and maintenance of neglected and overused property‚Äč
Presenters

William Benson is the manager and superintendent of Laurelwood Golf Course and spent most of his career in the construction and landscape business. Benson will share his first hand experience on the rewards and challenges of running a business while transitioning to organic land care.
