A six-week workshop series introducing practical gardening skills through hands-on learning and small group instruction at Zenger Farm’s six-acre field and garden sites. Topics include: cultivating vegetables, hot composting and sheet mulching, winter gardening, seed saving, fruit trees, and cover crops. Cost $105 (All Six Classes) or $20 per class.
