Get your food smile on. . . and for a good cause at All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast

Corvallis, Oregon Ten Rivers Food Web is hosting an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, August 3, 2013 from 8:30 to 11:00 am at the Odd Fellows Hall, 223 SW 2nd Street in Corvallis.

Local products will be featured in delicious pancakes, homemade local blueberry sauce, whipped cream, and sausages—to top it off, we will have live music and fun door prizes!

This event is a benefit for the Corvallis Farmers’ Market SNAP Incentive and TRFW’s That’s My Farmer programming. Donations will help put locally grown fruits and vegetables on the dinner table for low-income people, helping them feed their families and break away from the vicious cycles of poor health and poverty.

“We are really looking forward to this special morning; our Board and volunteers love feeding people, supporting our neighbors, bringing awareness to our work, and entertaining everyone all at once,” said Cassie Peters, Executive Director.

The breakfast is sponsored by the Corvallis Odd Fellows, Greenwillow Grains, Anderson Blues, and Queen Bee Apiaries.

Details: All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast: $10.00 for Adults, $5.00 for kids 8 and under (2  and under eat for free!) 8:30 - 11:00 am at 223 SW 2nd Street, Corvallis, Oregon

Ten Rivers Food Web works with communities in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties to build resilient food systems that provide healthy food for all.  Our That’s My Farmer SNAP incentive program (TMF SNAP) partners with farmers’ markets in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties to offer customers receiving SNAP benefits (formerly known as Food Stamps) added buying power to purchase fresh, healthy food produced in our community.
