District Manager, Dick Springer, says "This is an excellent opportunity for residents in West Multnomah County to find out what we've accomplished over the past year. We've been very busy with activities and workshops to assist landowners and managers and we'd like to let folks know what we can do for them in the coming year. Most of our programs are free of charge to District landowners and we want to make sure people are aware of our services and take advantage of them."

Following the Annual Meeting, the WMSWCD Board of Directors will hold its Board Meeting, which is also open to the public. The District will announce the winners of a group of annual awards including those for Urban and Rural Cooperators of the Year, Outstanding Government and Non-Profit Partners of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and Green Award winner.
