Western Organic Dairy Producers Board of Directors are proud to announce the 4th annual WODPA Conference, scheduled for October 13th & 14th, 2009 in Twin Falls, Idaho. The program will feature a general session for industry business, educational seminars and a farm tour.
The tour this year will be hosted by Horizon Organic at their dairy in Paul, ID. This facility has been certified organic since 1994. Holistic Management International and Jerry Brunetti will be at the farm to share information and to talk about programs to optimize animal health, increase health and productivity of dairy croplands and pastures, and to discuss strategies to improve water efficiency.
