The Center for Food Safety's Executive Director Andrew Kimbrell says the research of GE alfalfa needs to be done before deregulation, not after. He also points out that USDA's announcement didn't address concerns pertaining to liability for losses caused by GE contamination of conventional and organic alfalfa.
