- ATTRA
- ATTRA provides information and other technical assistance to farmers, ranchers, Extension agents, educators, and others involved in sustainable agriculture in the United States.
- eOrganic
- A web site about U.S. organic agriculture production provides research, news and learning modules from land-grant universities nationwide.
- The New Farm
- The Roadale Institute’s web site, NewFarm.org, reaches a global community of food producers to exchange valuable “farmer-to-farmer know-how.” NewFarm.org presents expert resources for crop and livestock production, direct marketing, local food systems, policy campaigns and community-building collaborations.

- Cornell University plant disease resources by crop, includes photos.
- Organic Seed Sourcing Service
- Interactive website where farms can submit their needs for seeds and a listing of availability and potential sources is sent to you.
- Alternative Farming Systems Information Center
- (AFSIC) specializes in identifying resources about sustainable food systems and practices in support of USDA's effort to ensure a sustainable future for agriculture and farmers worldwide.
- Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF)
- CAFF is building a movement of rural and urban people to foster family-scale agriculture that cares for the land, sustains local economies and promotes social justice.
- Ecological Farming Association
- The Ecological Farming Association (EFA) is a non-profit educational organization that advances ecologically sound and economically viable agriculture.
- Midwest Organic Sustainable Education Services (MOSES)
- MOSES is a 501(c)3 education-outreach organization working to promote sustainable and organic agriculture. MOSES organizes the Organic Farming Conference and the Organic University, held annually in La Crosse, WI. Offering resources to farmers including a Farmer Transition Hotline, the Upper Midwest Organic Resource Directory, 10 Organic Farming Fact Sheets, the Organic Broadcaster, a bimonthly newsletter, bookstore and Help Wanted: Organic Farmers information packet.
- Organic Farming Research Foundation
- OFRF is a non-profit whose mission is to sponsor research related to organic farming practices, to disseminate research results to organic farmers and to growers interested in adopting organic production systems, and to educate the public and decision-makers about organic farming issues.
- OSU Extension Service Publications
- The Oregon State University Extension Service produces educational materials to help people across Oregon. Our catalog includes more than 1,200 entries and includes single sheets, booklets, softcover books, educational videos, and interactive CDs and DVDs.
