Oregon Tilth has worked with OSU Extension by providing support and funding for the OSU Extension Pocket Guide of Natural Enemies. The cards in this guide are designed to help you quickly learn the main groups of natural enemies of crop and garden pests, their predacious activity, and tips for observing them. Photographs are of the most common species in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, Oregon Tilth provided funding support for Weed 'Em and Reap, a two-part DVD series showcasing tools and reduced tillage strategies for non-chemical weed management.
In addition, in 2008 Oregon Tilth and OSU Extension have partnered to develop the Organic Gardening Certificate Program (OGCP). The OGCP is a 57 hour training course utilizing a hands on approach to teach participants about all aspects of growing plants organically. The progam is similar in scope and size to the OSU Master Gardeners Program, but with an organic focus.
