Financial Stimulus Options and Cash Management Strategies

April 7, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

As a result of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the Small Business Administration established several new programs designed to provide financial relief to small businesses, co-ops, non-profits and farms.

Organic Trade Association members are invited to learn more about the programs – including the new Paycheck Protection Program. Who qualifies, how to access the funds, and more will be detailed by Michael Stein, an attorney on the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee who helped draft the Act. We’ll also hear from Jewel Cornelius-Royer, Director at global accounting firm Marcum about risk and cash management strategies for business.

There will be ample time for Q and A, and an opportunity for members to exchange information about what they are experiencing during the crisis, and how their businesses are committing to assist.

This is the first in a biweekly series of Forums for OTA members to learn and exchange information during the COVID-19 crisis. For more information contact Angela Jagiello (ajagiello@ota.com).
