Oregon Tilth’s partner, Northwest Food Buyer’s Alliance, will host a vendor fair devoted to institutional foodservice, giving local farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and specialty producers an opportunity to connect with institutional food buyers and managers. Vendors are screened to ensure alignment with the NW Food Buyers’ Alliance mission of developing strong, healthy regional food systems. All vendors provide a complete nutritional profile and have the capacity to serve foodservice buyers.
