Organic Hop Production

This webinar will examine the opportunities and challenges behind organic hop production, a growing demand for the micro-brewery renaissance evolving across the U.S. Organic hops provide growers with another crop to diversify production, and panelists will discuss cost challenges before and ongoing through production, production requirements, pest and disease pressures, and end processor needs. Production will be examined through the lens of conservation, offering insight into producing hops that also preserve soil and water health, while increasing biodiversity.
