Organic Hop Production
This webinar will examine the opportunities and challenges behind organic hop production, a crop with a growing demand associated with the U.S. micro-brewery renaissance that provides growers with an opportunity to diversify production. During the webinar, panelists will discuss startup and production cost challenges, production requirements, pest and disease pressures, and end processor needs. The speakers will examine organic hop production through a conservation lens, offering insight into producing hops that also preserve soil and water health, while increasing biodiversity.
