Organic Land Care Peer Learning Session: Lewis and Clark College

Join Oregon Tilth for an Organic Land Care Peer Learning Session on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Lewis and Clark College. This free peer-to-peer learning session for landscape professionals is a great opportunity to discover organic land care techniques and participate in a discussion led by Suzie Spencer, Arborist & Grounds Steward at Lewis and Clark College.

Suzie will provide a tour of organically managed landscapes on the campus and will lead discussions on related topics, including soil health, weed management and dealing with Boxwood Blight.

Suzie is an Earth Consultant and Landscape Designer, and owner at Spade & Pencil. She also works with Northwest Nativescape, is an ISA Certified Arborist and has been an Oregon Tilth Accredited Organic Land Care practitioner since 2011.

Directions:

Meet in front of the Frank Manor House. From Terwilliger, take Palatine Hill Rd. and turn left at Gate 4 (third left), then take the first right and park.Walk down to the Manor House (the large historic building at the end of Frank Manor Drive).
