This will be a special meeting of Oregon Tilth members to consider proposed revisions to the organization’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws.

Oregon Tilth members eligible to vote were mailed an information packet in late May that provided background, explanation of the process and legal documents. The meeting will be convened at the Oregon Tilth office in Corvallis and online via webinar. Oregon Tilth members (only) can register to attend the special meeting via webinar here.

The meeting will take place from 5:30pm – 6:30pm PST.
