Sustainable Foods Summit

The North American edition of the Sustainable Foods Summit will feature sustainable ingredients, plant-based foods, and green marketing. For the ninth consecutive year, the executive summit will be hosted in San Francisco. The aim of the Sustainable Foods Summit is to explore new horizons for eco-labels and sustainability in the food industry by discussing key industry issues.

With growing interest in plant-based alternatives to livestock and seafood products, what is the future outlook? What new plant proteins are emerging? How are new technologies and processing methods creating novel sustainable ingredients? What are best-practices in green marketing? Such questions will be addressed in a high-level forum.

Organized by Ecovia Intelligence (formerly Organic Monitor), the Sustainable Foods Summit is an international series of summits that focuses on the leading issues the food industry faces concerning sustainability and eco-labels, such as Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, etc. Other editions will be hosted in Latin America (29-30 Nov, São Paulo) and Europe (13-14 June 2019, Amsterdam).
