Communications and Marketing Jobs

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Integrated Communications and Marketing Specialist to join our innovative Communications and Marketing team. This hybrid role will play a crucial part in aligning our client experience support with our communications and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a diverse skillset that spans data analysis, creative thinking, business development, and technology, enabling them to bridge the gap between client-centric initiatives and strategic marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time exempt position.  The salary range for this position is $69,300 to $80,600 depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in an integrated role involving client support, marketing, and communications.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, and content creation.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, Salesforce, email marketing systems, and social media management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with 
  cross-functional teams.
• Team player with good project management skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several jobs at one time.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Spanish language written and verbal fluency.
• A creative portfolio showcasing past marketing or content projects.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience directly related to third-party certifications.
• Interest in agriculture and fiber industries.  
• Familiarity with the latest technology trends, including AI, automation, and data management.
