Update Organic System Plan

Manage your OSP

AND KEEP YOUR RECORDS UP TO DATE

Managing Your Certification

From time to time, you will need to make updates to your operation. For example, farms might need to remove old, no longer needed materials or add a new crop rotation. Meanwhile, processors may need to update a change to a product recipe or detail new sanitation protocols. No matter the scenario, before you make a change to your operation, you must update your Organic System Plan (OSP) and review the proposed changes with OTCO. Do not risk jeopardizing your certification.

Our Help Center provides guidance and answers to common questions for all of our certification services.
