From time to time, you will need to make updates to your operation. For example, you might need to remove old, no longer needed materials or add a new crop rotation for your farm. Meanwhile, at your processing business, you may need to change to a product recipe or detail new sanitation protocols.
No matter the scenario, before you make a change to your operation, you must update your Organic System Plan (OSP) and review the proposed changes with OTCO. Acting before working with OTCO for review could jeopardizing your certification.
