FOR MAINTAINING CERTIFICATION SERVICES
We appreciate your decision to certify with us and hope that you will choose to renew your certification with OTCO for 2020. We’re committed to providing you with the highest quality services and programs.
The Organic System Plan (OSP) Renewal Application is designed to accomplish all requirements — even if you hold multiple classes of certification (e.g., crop and livestock) — in one simple form. To continue your organic certification, you must complete the OSP Renewal Application and submit certification fees by January 1, 2020, or April 1, 2020, depending on your operation’s assigned deadline.

If you have changes to your Organic System Plan (OSP), please include a description of any changes on the Update Application and include updated OTCO forms or documentation. Our staff will review your submission and communicate approvals to you in a timely manner.
* Please submit your renewal form prior to continuing to the next section. Upon completion, please next calculate your fees and pay online or by mailed invoice, using our Online Fee Calculator and payment gateway.
You are notifying OTCO of your intent to surrender your organic certification. Remember: once you surrender your organic certification, products cannot be sold or labeled as organic.

Please provide any updates or changes to your OSP sections (i.e. pest control, sanitation, labels, farm practices, field & crop information, new land etc...).
