Organic Land Care Accreditation Training
Thurston County, in cooperation with Oregon Tilth is offering a five-day training for landscape professionals focusing on organic practices including soil biology, Integrated Pest Management, organic weed management, marketing organic land care, stormwater management, toxics and pollution reduction, tree care and more.
Transitioning to Organics
A workshop for landscape professionals focusing on Willamette University’s five-year plus organic landscape management. Workshop topics include soil biology and chemistry, plant selection, water conservation and organic weed management. This class will involve both classroom instruction and field study.
