Farmers can get financial support through Dec. 11 (COVID-19 disruptions)
The Coronavirus Food Assistance Fund 2 (CFAP2) is a much improved financial support program for farmers. After providing feedback with other partners, CFAP2 now accounts for organic crop rates, a more comprehensive list of eligible farm products, and includes small, diversified farms.
Get payments up to 10.6 percent of your 2019 revenue.
CFAP2 acknowledges farmers increased time and costs due to COVID-19. We know how many hurdles you’ve jumped in 2020. Through it all, you’ve kept going. These funds provide assistance to farmers who really need it.
Please call (877) 508-8364 to get started.
The call center, offering support in multiple languages, is available for farmers who want a one-on-one with a USDA employee. We tried it. They answered right away and got things moving immediately.
Applications will be accepted until December 11, 2020.
Everything you need is on the USDA CFAP2 website. Please be in touch and let us know if you have any issues. We’re here to help.
