Oregon Tilth will be closed in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 18, 2021. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at 9:00am PT. All messages will be returned as soon as possible upon reopening.

We appreciate the King Center’s words about why we observe this holiday:

We commemorate Dr. King’s inspiring words, because his voice and his vision filled a great void in our nation, and answered our collective longing to become a country that truly lived by its noblest principles. Yet, Dr. King knew that it wasn’t enough just to talk the talk, that he had to walk the walk for his words to be credible.

Please consider celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by volunteering or taking a day of service, organized by the Corporation for Community and National Service, to strengthen our food systems and the communities they serve.
