Oregon Tilth is an official Supporting Partner of the Organic Trade Association’s Organic Fraud Prevention Solutions program. Organic businesses voluntarily enroll in this program to assess exposure to fraud within each step of production. This partnership demonstrates Oregon Tilth’s absolute commitment to organic integrity throughout the supply chain.

Participation in this program is a commitment to upholding the organic label through quality assurance. In addition, the program can help organic businesses prepare for the USDA’s Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) Final Rule slated for Spring 2022. This upcoming action will significantly impact oversight of organic systems by reducing the chance of organic fraud.
