What is a Crop OSP?
The Crop OSP is a required document for organic certification. It describes how your farm manages:
- Seeds and planting stock
- Soil fertility and crop nutrition
- Pest, weed, and disease management
- Protection of natural resources and biodiversity
- Harvesting, storage, and transportation practices
- Recordkeeping and labeling requirements
Your OSP must be kept up to date. Any significant change in your operation must be reported to Oregon Tilth.
